Project Overview
TANSHEQ supported development of the Bunyu 1 graphite project through environmental and social assessment and preparation of a Resettlement Action Plan.
TANSHEQ’s Role
Prepared project registration and scoping documentation, EIA terms of reference, baseline studies, alternatives and impact assessment, mitigation and monitoring plans, stakeholder consultation and Technical Advisory Committee support. RAP work included social assessment, eligibility and entitlement planning, compensation considerations, livelihood restoration, stakeholder engagement and community awareness.

Delivered the environmental, social and resettlement planning instruments needed to support responsible project development in line with national and relevant international requirements.
